Mr. Harris brings 30 years of broad management experience in the IT field, including periods in R&D, development, production, business, and academia.
Before becoming President, CEO and majority owner of DCG Software Value at the start of 2006, Mr. Harris was a key executive at Fidelity National Information Services (NYSE: FIS). At FIS, Mr. Harris led Channels Development and Operations Services within the Leveraged Products Development Group. Prior to FIS, Mr. Harris was President of the Banking Solutions Division at Sanchez Computer Associates (NASDAQ: SCAI). Under his leadership, the software development team at Sanchez achieved significant quality and delivery improvements, culminating in the achievement of CMM® Level 3 in only 15 months and the establishment of an offshore development team in India. While at Sanchez, Mike was a DCG client! Yes, “He liked it so much, he bought the company.”
Previously, Mr. Harris was a Senior Vice President and Head of the Global Chip Card Group at MasterCard International. In this role, he maintained MasterCard’s leadership position in chip technology and was at the forefront of driving through industry standards for credit cards with chips as a founding director of EMVCo (the global standards body for chip-card standards in the payments industry).
Mr. Harris earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electronic engineering from the University of Southampton, England and a Master of Science degree in computer-aided engineering from Coventry University, England. He is a Chartered Engineer, a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET: UK), a member of the Institution of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE; USA), a member of the Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group (GPSEG), and a member of Vistage. He is a Certified IT-CMF Associate, a Certified Scrum Master and a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Program Consultant 4.0 (SPC4).

Mr. Richtermeyer is a leader in the software industry, devoted to providing a high-level of client service.
Prior to joining DCG, he served as CEO of The Spitfire Group, LLC, where he grew the organization from a small software development company to the Rocky Mountain Region’s premier business-focused technology consulting firm.
His previous experience includes more than 20 years of leadership experience and enterprise consulting with Hitachi Consulting, iXL and Managed Business Solutions. Considered a pioneer of electronic commerce, he has developed the first online automotive reservation system in the travel industry. He also provided strategic, business critical consulting for companies in the manufacturing, real estate, retail, travel, hospitality, healthcare and high-tech industries.
Mr. Richtermeyer has a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Wyoming, and an MBA from the University of Colorado in Boulder CO.

Ms. Kupfer is a strategic marketing expert dedicated to connecting businesses with customers. Her expertise includes business and brand strategy incorporating digital and email best practices.
Prior to joining DCG, she served as CEO of Copper Lane, a boutique marketing consulting firm that specialized in working with B-to-B companies in healthcare, financial services, technology consulting and publishing.
Her previous experience includes more than 20 years of marketing leadership experience with publishing companies such as Penton Media and Summit Business Media (now ALM). She managed teams of digital marketers throughout the entire digital transformation life cycle and is well-versed in management, strategy and product development.
Ms. Kupfer has a B.A. in English literature from the University of Colorado in Boulder, Co, and an MBA from the University of Denver.
Mr. Cagley has more than 20 years of experience in the software industry, serving as a consultant since 1997. He was previously the Metrics Practice Manager at Software Productivity Research. Earlier, he held technical and managerial positions in different industries as a leader in software methods and metrics, quality assurance and systems analysis.
Mr. Cagley is a frequent speaker at metrics, quality and project management conferences. His areas of expertise encompass management experience in a wide variety of methods and metrics: Lean software development, Agile software development, quality integration, quality assurance and the application of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model® Integration (CMMI) to achieve process improvements.
Mr. Cagley is an active member of the International Function Point Users Group (IFPUG) and is a Certified Function Point Specialist. He has served on the IFPUG Board of Directors as the President. He previously served as the Vice President, Chair of the IFPUG Conference Committee and Director of Conferences and Education.
Mr. Cagley earned his Bachelor of Science from Louisiana State University and has done extensive postgraduate work at Cleveland State University, Case Western Reserve University and Kent State University. He is a certified Scrum Master, a certified Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Program Consultant 4.0 (SPC4), holds an IT-CMF Professional Certificate and is an IT-CMF Tier 2 Associate, and is a TMMi Accredited Assessor.
Mr. Cagley co-authored “Mastering Software Project Management: Best Practices, Tools and Techniques” with Murali K. Chemuturi.

Mr. Manno has more than 30 years of experience in the software industry, most notably in project, program, proposal and contract management, as well as software productivity measurement. As the Vice President of Outsourced Services with DCG, Mr. Manno is responsible for delivering software measurement services to our clients.
Prior to joining DCG, Mr. Manno held several management-level positions with IBM Global Services. He most recently served as a Deputy Project Executive and Program Manager, where he oversaw an extensive function point counting program, as well as provided contract management for a large outsourcing customer. Previously he held IT positions within Merck and the Computer Services Corporation (CSC).
Mr. Manno is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from The College of New Jersey, where he majored in mathematics and computer science.
Tony Timbol is responsible for DCG's North American sales and business development, including pipeline and lead management. In this role, Mr. Timbol works closely with the marketing department, as well as Delivery Managers in business development opportunities, managing all internal sales support systems.
Mr. Timbol brings more than 36 years of experience in supporting corporate software development and software product manufacturing in both commercial and government markets. Mr. Timbol helps clients define their IT problem domain, identify high-value solutions and develop an ROI model to drive transformative change.
Prior to joining DCG, he was Vice President of E-business Solutions at Technology Point International in Jacksonville, Florida, where he led the Management Consulting and Application Development lines of business. Previously, while at Computer Associates (NYSE: CA), Mr. Timbol was a Director in the Project Management Office and managed a multi-million dollar portfolio of consulting projects. He served concurrently as the Director of Solutions Development for CA Professional Services in the Southeast, supporting national and overseas teams of systems architects and support engineers.
His early career saw increasingly senior positions at Computer Management Services (NASDAQ: CMSI) and Electronic Data Systems (now HP). He began his career as an Aerospace Engineer working for NASA in 1979 and was a member of the first Space Shuttle Launch team that culminated in the inaugural flight of STS-1, Columbia in April 1981 (SI: Rockwell International).
Mr. Timbol earned his B.S. in Space Science and Physics at Florida Institute of Technology. Mr. Timbol is a PM Central Instructor at the University of North Florida Continuing Education department teaching Project Management and Agile. He is a Certified Scrum Master, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Program Consultant 4.0 (SPC4) and an IT-CMF Tier 2 Certified Associate. Mr. Timbol is editor of the DCG Trusted Advisor eBook and print editions and manages and presents DCG webinars.
