Sizing Proof of Concept

A Sizing Proof of Concept evaluates your organization’s readiness for functional measurement. Sizing is valuable for use in vendor negotiations and performance reviews and to better project IT spend so that resources can be allocated most efficiently.

This service includes a sizing of a sample of 3-5 projects or applications. We will take the sample and review the project documentation, conduct as-needed interviews, and hold a quality assurance meeting when the count is completed to ensure the highest level of accuracy. We will provide a full report of the sizings and an analysis of your organization's readiness for a function point measurement program.

Benefits:

This service is ideal for the software development leader or procurement manager who needs or wants to evaluate if their organization is ready for a functional measurement program. The Sizing Proof of Concept is a consulting engagement that provides insight into an organization’s readiness for functional sizing for use in parametric estimation and/or delivery metrics. Unlike other consulting services, the Proof of Concept provides in-depth analysis and consultation performed by our highly qualified and experienced consultants.
