“For many, Agile is still SCRUM and testing is the point where the pain is felt.” This observation from a colleague this week succinctly captures where many organizations stand in trying to manage their testing as they transition from their traditional lifecycle model (in which testing was the poor relation of design and coding) to a new world in which the lifecycle has to cope with testing Agile as well.
Through our partnership with UK-based Experimentus, we are now providers of the Test Maturity Model Integration (TMMi®) here in North America. We believe that this light framework can significantly improve the contribution of testing to the organization, help clarify the right way to invest in testing and design testing processes to be add value, rather than being an afterthought or an impediment to getting perfectly good (yeah right!) code out of the door.
If you want to learn more about TMMi, I invite you attend our webinar tomorrow, “5 Steps to World Class Testing Performance.” If you’re unable to attend but would like the webinar slides, please leave a comment and we’re happy to coordinate delivery!
Alternatively, or additionally, watch the video below to find out how our partnership with Experimentus benefits you – and why the TMMi is a worthwhile investment.
Finally, you can learn more about TMMi on our website. We believe it fills an important gap in improving the quality of testing, which can ultimately save you a lot of time and money.
