This one-day training class provides insight into the multiple options available to size and estimate your team’s workload, resulting in improved predictions as to productivity and time to delivery. Unlike standardized Agile or scrum training classes, our Agile Estimation class provides fundamental and advanced concepts and techniques for an in-depth understanding of how important accurate sizing is and how estimating velocity and burn-down is vital to success.
